> Soil morphology is a foundational course in our Environmental Earth and Soil Science major at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. The course format includes a lecture & field-based laboratory, typically taught to 22 students with 11 students in each lab. The course covers principles of soil formation alongside the practice of soil morphology and taxonomy.
